There are no magic formulas, fad diets, or miracle pills that are successful over the long term. We will work together with sensible steps to help you take control of your diet, habits, health, and weight. And improvements in those areas can often lead to improvements in self-esteem, self-confidence, and more success in life.

I analyze each case individually, determine your needs and goals, and take the right steps to help you see real improvement and reach your goals. We are not going to count calories or make strict and restrictive menus, instead you’ll learn what food work for you and what you should avoid, but you have control. The important thing is that you learn and understand the concepts and ideas so you can apply them independently.

I want to help you, that’s what really motivates me in life.

I am a certified nutritional coach. My mission is to educate and give you the tools to make the right decisions to improve your diet, lifestyle, and enjoy good health.

A few years ago I discovered that what really makes me happy is helping others so I became a certified therapist. It’s a great satisfaction to see how I can help others improve with therapy. But I also realized that many people were not quite ready to focus on their emotional health. First they had to take care of their nutrition and physical health problems like insomnia, poor diet, and lack of nutrients and vitamins. So I began my journey into the exciting world of nutrition and health.

My study of nutrition and health is focused on weight loss, better sleep, feeling physically better, and emotional improvement as a result of improvement in those areas. And it works, we are a whole - body, mind, and soul and we cannot separate them. There are many false ideas and data out there related to nutrition, and I can help you to recognize what is real and correct for you so you have the correct data and can apply it.
